i always do, the question should be, who should pay for lime? i believe in a high dollar rent situation with one year lease it is in the best interest of the landlord to incentivize the tenant to keep the lime up, if they don't then why would they?
i wish my lime was that price, i believe that is approximately what i was told it was per ton delivered.
who pays for lime?
