Only farm 700+ ac and one man show, so running only one at a time. Ran a 1460 for beans and a 1680 for corn the last 7 years. Sold the 14 and bought a landlord's 2188 who had passed away. Spent a fair amount of money on the 1680 last fall and know I'll never get my money back so kept it. Did a pile of work on the 2188 myself, did beans with it and put 50+ hrs on it. Both machines are pretty much the same so in case of a major issue, have backup right here, maybe not the same as you but it can work the same. Negatives, 2 to keep care of, shed space. For me its very nice to have one set for beans and one for corn.
