I got a very good deal on a class 8 new holland to use as a backup. I figure if it does 20 hours a year at custom harvest rates it will be paid for in 5 years, anything more then that is a bonus. have already used it to swap parts for diagnosing on my main machine which is nice to not have to buy parts to throw at a guess so it pays in other ways too. it takes alot less time to clean a machine thats only been used a couple hours vs 200+ so it hasnt been that big a deal
