Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Jon is correct on. The green/yellow pair provide the signal to the Fast valve to open or close. A separate power/ground source is needed to do the actual "work" of moving the ball. This is often a separate 12V power wire beside the regular wiring as the older wiring harness did not have a separate power source to the bar.
The 440 must be new enough (most are) that it can be set to "FC" or Fast Close in the initial programming. If the programming was ever lost, the valve type will default back to a standard control valve which is not correct for a Fast Close valve.
