western iowa,by Denison | Your cage that runs above the flails that Adam pointed out is in the highest setting-we run it all the way opposite of where you have it set-your not going to get it to work there-it works great if it is long stem grass only in that postion-your flails would be just grabbing less then 1/4 inch of material..
I would bet if I ran your demo -i could get the bale through in less then 1 minute with only minor adjustments,we run the same machine on 1000's of bales with very little trouble.
Your 2 rollers are designed to spin the bale on the rotor-we run the rollers back and forth all the time so that the bale is always turning one way or the other-they are not designed to push the bale down-if you wait to long to spin the other way it will overload one side with loose material.
Adjust your rack to most aggressive setting, put another bale in and turn your rollers both directions as you process the bale '

100 hp will not pull it-a 4430 turbo will still smoke
