Pittsburg, Kansas | Probably shouldn't need to add anything to water but I do "just in case".
I just add a shake of salt, a shake of no salt (potassium chloride) and sometimes a little magnesium threonate. Not all the time, but when I think of it. Don't know if it is helpful but figured it wouldn't hurt.
Supposedly a lot of people are low in magnesium and potassium so those two are the most likely to gain benefit as a supplement.
