Be rational and nice and move on for a bit in a different job. It's possible his (toxic behavior) isnt what you think. My graduating son has a job for the summer that is 46.30 per hour and time and a half after 8. We had a bit of an issue when he wasn't sure if he wanted the job and work 12 hour days. (5 days week and holidays off) My response was that's fine but it's really going to be hard for me to help you if you don't want to help yourself. Wasn't much said for about a week and then He agreed with me and it's going to be a great deal. It will get better if you make a move and it maybe needed for both parties to see the clear picture of what's going on.
