Subject: Nebraska 5 years later

A memory 5 years ago popped up on my Facebook page about that major weather event - I think it was called a cyclone bomb, or whatever fancy term they used - in Nebraska.

I'm curious how things are going there, as we seldom hear of the recovery.  Is most of the infrastructure back in place?  Did some never get built?  Did it take a few years?

I'm going to paste the text for reference.

Today's pictures mostly follow the same route of 3-18 pictures. Pictures start at I29-Highway 136 at Rock Port and follow I29 north towards Hamburg, IA. Looped around Hamburg, IA and then headed south towards Brownville, NE.

Then turned east following Highway 136 towards I29. Then turned south and headed towards Rulo, NE. Looped around Big Lake and headed towards Fortescue and Bigelow, MO
From there we took a loop around Craig, MO and then followed I29 north back to where we started.
