Northeast Iowa | Those little prefab sheds, miniature barns, whatever they are called. I'm guessing markup is above 40% and I think...why am I not doing this? But then I see the abundant amount of them unsold in the hardware store lots or other business that is trying to sell them.
I just saw a really nice one for sale on Facebook. Finished inside and out, plumbed and electric set up, and ready for a meter. $80k! Smaller than a camper, not as habitable, and can't move it around. It did look nice though.
If corn goes sub $4, maybe I'll build one this winter and try to sell it for 80k. | |
