West Cental Arkansas | About 20 years ago I got too hot baling hay.I felt so bad I quit and went home. I am thinking I had a heat stroke. Didn’t go to the Dr. Ever since then the heat and humidity makes me feel horrible. Seems to get worse every year. I am going to be 70 this year and I am almost to the point of hating to go outside while it is above 70 degrees. The heat robs my energy and takes away my desire to try to accomplish anything. Anyone else feel like this? Any way to keep the heat from ruining my attitude towards the heated days of late Spring and Summer? Thanks for your comments. | |
