All I can say is what works for me , I eat a banana and
An avacado every day in summer .
I also drink pedalight the stuff they give dehydrated kids , yep it does not taste very good .
I also use those cooling rags around my neck , I think they help.
If you are in the heat and you don’t piss you are not drinking enough water . |
