Hot water in the home school/shop is smelly while cold is good. Tried new filter, draining water heater, cleaning water softer. etc. Read the turning up the water heater temp help's and putting in and replacing the exist anode with an aluminum-zinc one. Has anyone done these to clean up their hot water smell.
