ottertail co mn | Can you just pour a pad on a solid packed base or do you need to do a footing all the way around it??
On my post frame shop I just poured a flat slab no footings and have had no trouble whatsoever in the past 10 years.
FYI, the trailer house slab will be on sandy gravel soils so drainage is no issue. The well driller said it was the first well he has ever drilled that didn’t hit a clay layer in 108 of drilling, 100 gpm well | |
