You got that right. I wanted to be a teacher from the time I was in middle school, and I was for two years. I quit because it's a thankless job 99% of the time. I miss coaching, and I thought I would really miss teaching, but I never really did. Still have my license, though I've been out too long to get seriously considered for a job. (I quit about 8 years ago.) Oh, and as for the topic of the thread, I have sent notes to a few of the good ones, and they seemed to really appreciate it.
