It sounds like you might have one. Unless it's stuck out and can't be pushed back in, that's real dangerous, I'd guess the doc would let you finish your seeding and then get the operation. Don't wait too long though. The longer you wait, the more it tears, the bigger mess the doctor has to fix. Bigger problem, longer to heal.
