SEMN | I've had a row that was giving me a little trouble. I upped the graphite and that seemed to take care of it. Talked to our dealer mechanic, and he said some hybrids are causing more problems than others. The more seed treatment on the seed, generally, the more there is an issue. He said case has come out with a retrofit for the mini hoppers where the seed tube is extended down farther into the mini hopper and they have gotten rid of the screen on the hopper where the seed piles up and cuts the air off to stop seed flow. I haven't seen it yet, but that's how he explained it and said that seed flow from the bulk hoppers would improve. I plan on picking them up to change out on the planter. | |
