Often times plugging can be a result of running too much pressure in the CCS system. On both planters we've had in the past after we figured out where the setting needed to be we never plugged again.....with the exeption of last year we wound up with some half dollar sized pieces of seed treatment in the bottom of one of the tanks. It came off of someone's conveyor somewhere along the line. That was NOT fun. Took a day and a half of poking with the screw driver to finally get it out.
