I've only plugged a few times, always in an outside row. Lower the planter so the CCS fan runs, tap the hose on the plugged row unit, often right under the CCS tank where the rubber meets the plastic. I've talced the heck out of mine and I think I occasionally get a buildup of talc in the bottom of the tank.
