Neighbors have a new 1250 24 row and have broke several tru count clutches. Said CIH has a bad batch of the vaccum meter backing plates, (the plastic part that the seed disc seals against) and that is causing the meters to turn REALLY hard and busting stuff. This could be your guys problems as well.
