Subject: Re: Filling Hagie Dual Tank Sprayer

I have run a 280 for nine years but I think the setup configuration is the same on all the dual tank systems. I discovered that if the transfer hose from the chemductor and water tank is larger (2") than the supply hoses (1 1/2") from the spray tanks, they will tend to fill evenly. I also plumbed in a by-pass on the boom supply hose as a return hose back to the spray tanks for liquid agitation and re circulation to further mix the solution while spraying. I replaced the pin and bushings on the bottom of the pivot arm that the tie rods connect and also adjusted the toe in which helped eliminate the sloppy steering.
