there is a "regulator" of sorts that attaches to the sissor on the bottom of the suspension. its made of plastic and just clamps on. pull the skirt down and look under the seat toward the front and make sure it hasnt poped off. ive seen this happen on some of the 10's. u can usually just take some zip ties and hold it back on.
