Western Iowa | Thanks for the info. I know very little about the White models.
I think my 4-210 would handle it fine. I have a 3208T in it. Regardless, the way I want to use it, a 2 wd would handle a 32':
I have heavy ground, and wish to lightly disk bean stubble in the fall. So I can plant directly into it the next spring. My 490 has a two bar harrow on it. Is there a White disk model that would be comparable to the 490 as a finishing disk? Plan to have a harrow on any disk for this.
Others around here use mulch finishers in the fall on their bean stubble. But I really don't want a mulch finisher. I am sure a 30' mulch finisher would be a load for my 4-210. Regardless, I don't want to spend that much money for a tool that will only lightly till bean ground in the fall. | |
