Sounds like your fuel consumption is in the ball park if I am understanding you correctly. We average about 3 acres/gallon 8200 JD with 1760 planter.
What is fun is to spray. Around 10-12 acres/gallon, depending on road time.
2.5 acre/gallon diesiel on 12 row planter.....good or bad?
