| I hear what your saying. This paricular rope doesn't have much stretch to it (unlike a sling). When it tightens up it's more of a "thud" than a "Boing".
The stumps I was pulling were quite big and heavy as the trees were cut less then 1 month ago. Broke a logging chain on the second one. They were not at all rotten, all the roots/dirt came out with the stump, no chance of them becoming missles. But I appreciate the concern. | |
