If you have the time, take out the meters and put a little bit of graphite on each of the singulator spools and work it in to make sure they are well lubricated.
I'd avoid the talc altogether, especially with on-row hoppers, and if you have to use it with bulk fill only use a small amount. Humidity + talc can be a bad combo in the meters.
