| I ran across this the other day when I was looking for "first post". After some of the discussions on BTO's, rents etc I thought it was a good read to bring back up but really wanted to post only appropriate text. Also wasn't going to "expose" you without permission as some times these topics turn ugly. Tried several different ways to get just the text but couldn't bring it forward as I wanted so just left it.
