Saw the thread below about a quote and made me think on mine.
"If you tell the truth you don't have to remember what you said" which is a version of the Mark Twain quote "If you tell the truth you don't have to remember anything".
Read that many years ago and it has come to mind every time I have been tempted to be less than honest about something.
