We did the exact same thing a few years ago on our seed truck. Used 3/4" plywood and cut the grooves for the ribs in the side boards with a jig saw. I made some L brackets and bolted it to the floor and I believe to the sides as well. Did have to use some clear silicone caulking to patch a few holes but it sure made life easier. I will try to get some pics, but the truck is in the back of a dark shed, so I don't know how they will turn out.
