| My experiance is much the same with Verizon so far, two months since I switched from Unicel to Verizon. Poor service, dropped calls, voicemails arriving several hours after being left, poor quality phones. Their whole billing system is screwed up, one day I get a bill that they can't explain, then a couple days later I get an email that I have received a credit. I have called, emailed and gone into the store several times, gotten no satisfaction from them. I really wish I could have my Unicel service back. I only live 4 miles from the tower, yesterday I was talking to another person 4 miles on the other side of the tower, Verizon dropped the call 5 times in 23 minutes. | |
