Seems like the discovery of AC current would be the top for me. Think about all the things that leads back to electricity. So I tip my hat to George Westinghouse for helping develope it into what we have today. Of course I am no wheres near old enough to know what it was like before rural electricity, but stories Ive heard about not having it are amazing.
