I don't know what's legal with them. I never fill them that full if I'm going to be on pavement anyways. Legal or not I hate to be the guy responsible for wrecking the roads. I normally haul about 1,400 bu. when going to the elevator. Because of the length of the scale and the width of my tractor I can't split weigh. If I get too much on the trailers, there is no way to figure out how much I'm hauling and I'd need to come back home and empty some. That's a hassle I don't need, so I cheat a bit to the light side anyways.
