| Neighbor pulls one with older 2wd Case. Has compressor mounted on dolly and run by PTO.
Ran into problems with Iowa DOT. Claimed that since hopper was manufactured as over the road, he had to comply with bridge laws. His workaround was order a custom trailer without a VIN number. No longer road qualified. He fills it over the bow front to back. He does have to obey embargoed bridges like all of us. our county has put sign saying "All Vehicles" on every bridge so no longer an Ag Exemption | |
