Alton, Ia | IMO, you should charge your crop budget whatever a comparable rent would be for the land. The land interest cost is done, you took that on the day you bought the land. If you don't charge "market rent", then you'll never really know if you are doing a good job, or just getting by. (I say "market rent" because you can decide what you want there, it doesn't have to be top dollar, more like what you'd be happy renting it to someone like yourself) | |
