Central, IL | You sound like a very happy guy. I would like to be in that position someday but no can do right now. My operation is in the growing stages and I need to borrow money to do that. There is nothing wrong with managable debt loads to expand or run an operation. The interest card if played right is a tool that can help reduce taxes and not become a burdon to an operation. An operation that waits to expand on cash accrual only is very hard to do.
I dont think you are the minority but I do think there are guys overextended so they can run new paint.
I hope to be debt free when I decide to retire. LOL
