nebraska
I use to use a narrow ripple coulter and changed to the smooth. It really depends on soil condition and type. I would like to see the ripple in the sandier soils but on the clay ground it blows out way to much dirt and covers corn if it is small. If you have hills that ripple coulter cutting a bigger path seemed so wash a bit more for me also. I am running mainly clay hill ground in northeast nebraska.
