Thanks for the update. Good to know, hope I never have to go through that. Good to know to lower it all the way off the stops if ever doing work on master cylinder.

For master cylinder shims do you mean the ones with hose clamps around them? If so I replaced those first thing with a set of quick release ones from Shoup. I like to go down the road sitting on stops, but that planter just donesn't raise up enough to enter fields with all the stops in, so this way I can quickly pull them out without messing with the stupid hose clamps.
