Subject: pbutler, update on the 7000 that wouldnt lift.

West Central Wisconsin
After messing around with the planter for several hours i finally went and looked at the technical manual for the planter. The mechanic and i finally decided that the planter needed to be bled but how?? the planter was locked up and the master cylinder was so full of air that it wouldnt move. I finally took the skidsteer and lifted the planter up one end at a time and took the locks off. Then with the planter all the way on the ground i tried to get the master cylinder shims out but they wouldnt budge Finally got the air chisel out and got them to come out. After that i followed the instructions to bleed off all of the air. Works like a charm now. Thanks for the advice last night. Cory
