Subject: John Deere Business Band Radio Kit Install...9300

Northeast Nebraska
I am putting in the factory wiring kit for a business band radio in a 9300. My problem is that the instructions that come in the kit are for 7,8, and 9020 or 30 series only.

My question is where do I bring the coax into the cab at? I installed one in a 7830 and it had a special knockout. Should I run the coax in where the FM radio wires come into the cab?

This tractor had the radio installed previously with aftermarket wiring and cables, but would interfere with the FM radio anytime you were transmitting. Our tractors that are factory wired do not have any interference. That is why I am switching this one to what the factory has. I would also appreciate any suggestions on how to not get interference when I install these radios.

Thanks
