north central Oklahoma | Empty threats. Can't do any of that legally, and if you find out they did, you have legal case against them I would think. They will try every thing they can to get you to pay. They have a financial interest, as most have bought debt from others for pennies on the dollar and will get everything over that amount if they can collect. Years ago I got calls form one looking for my brother. They didn't even know we were related, only the last name was the same, and they were trying to bluff. I just play Sgt.
