There is a different top for the monitors that you can get that is 1/4 in female pipe thread, and then there is a 1/4in mpt to 1/4 john guest push together connector you can get to go 1/4 all the way from the monitor to the row. I am installing the push together checkvalves closer to the row unit. This is what we are installing.
