Quincy, IL | My Mack has set off the engine and electronic malfuntion twice recently. Both times was when I was shifting or coasting. I'm wondering if the idle speed is set to low???? I had Mack reset the computer when it was is the shop a few months ago to NOT shut down the motor is the alarms go off. (stays on for 1-2 min) The truck runs great even if the alarm is going off and all gauges are OK. Where can I buy a code reader to tell me whats setting it off. Is there one for just Mack's or will it read for ALL brand of trucks??
