| Excellent engines (AGCO Sisu diesel - sisudiesel.com for more info) have good torque and are rugged. Good fuel economy as well. Think they were rated 225 hp. In 2004, it should still have the 18 speed Funk powershift, which isn't as nice as the later DynaVT offered in 2005 that is basically a Fendt CVT with pre-programmed speeds or (as they appear to the operator) "gears". It's a smooth shifting powershift, and holds up as well as any other Funk/JD built powershift. Not a lot of hydraulic flow on these as I recall, if you need a lot of flow. I think about 31 gpm or so may be about it on them. But otherwise a solid tractor that is often overlooked just because of its color - the tractor civil rights movement has yet to happen. | |
