Those of you who read my posts on a regular basis know that I have a lack of brand loyalty, and that's putting it mildly. However, a tour through our shop will reveal a lot of I-R air stuff, and a lot of Milwaukee Electric stuff for the reason you stated above: the customer service is that much better. There are probably other products with similar quality, but I have no reason to change.
