Little River, TX | My Son In-Law has applied for the position of Head Coach at Clyde. I understand the actual school is out in the country & removed from the town of Clyde.
Was the position promised before it was put out for bid? Will the interview be an exercise in futility is what I am asking. Two schools the Young Man has interviewed had all ready selected the new man and the interviews were all for nothing.
He is very interested in an opportunity to develop character, and build a winning foot ball program. Not at the expense of academic standards, but to compliment academic achievement.
Now my wife has high hopes that they will make their final move to a school system close to here, as does the other Grandmother. I had hopes he would light a fire out in Plainview.
Our Daughter is interested as she remembers elementary school in Abilene, 40 years ago. | |
