I had a 730 36 ft. with 787 tank for several years. I liked the drill and it works real well with a small grain rotation, and if you till your ground in front. The 6" spacing should
help with getting your ground cover early. The 787 tank is a good tank and easy to set the right rate. The disc blades should last like most double disc drills, I never had a disc
bearing go out while I had it. The depth control is easily controlled with the rear mounted packer tire, and prevents the seed from going too deep. This may be an improvement
over your shank type air seeder.
