It is cumbersome but not hard. BEFORE YOU START TIE THE GEAR BOX SOLID TO THE WALL SO IT DOESNT ROLL IF YOU LEAN ON IT. DON'T TRUST THE PRAWL BRAKE IN THE GEAR BOX. ITS TAKES LESSS TIME TO DO THIS THAN A TRIP TO THE ER. I KNOW SINCE I HAVE A BUDDY WHO KNEW IT WOULDNT HAPPEN TO HIM!!! To take down use scaffolding and take off the wiring, screws and motors down to the tube. Roll the tube under the roof door and tie it off through the roof entry door and center fill door. Tie to both ends with ropethrough the doors. Disconnect from the wall and center and lower down. The tube isnt that heavy for 2 people. To install just reverse the order. You may want to lay plywood on the floor so you dont dent the perferations with the scaffold. Just take your time. Dont wait till summer, its a lot cooler now in a bin than August.
