i don't think the urea thing sounds to bad because like you said, the engines themselves can go back to tier 2 specs (no exhaust gas recirculation or diesel particulate filter) and still meet requirements. I've read though that Deere is going with the EGR/DPF on their engines to meet emissons. That disapoints me but i'm not gonna be buying any new tractor anyway.
