Subject: 2010 diesel emissions standards

SWOH
Anybody do any reading on this? It says this SCR deal for Cummins MidRange on highway diesels will use urea (something like 28 or 32?) injected into the exhaust to keep NOx levels down. Read that they've been doing this in Europe for a few years and it will be on all diesels in the US after 2010, except for NaviStar, they're using something different. Besides being a royal pain in the butt, is this gonna make nitrogen go even higher than it was? I've read a little bit about it but it seems like a lot of the stuff I'm reading is kind of iffy on being reliable information and it's got me a little confused.
