You guys are correct, just recalibrate the HCU so the tractor can determine the size of the new cylinders.
Once that’s done you can tweak the raise speed by editing HCU address 24 which will change the hitch raise rate based on the calibrated value. If you change it to 125, the max, it will increase the current raise speed by 25%.
