Sumner GA, Located in southwest GA,
Saw a picture in the Hoards Dairyman once of a roller made out of bald semi tires. Ran 4 rods through the tires with a cross at each end to hold it together. Used an implement hub and spindle on each end as the axle and made a hitch out of heavy wall square tubing. Supposedly worked well and could also be pulled down the road.
